ABOUT
The architects were faced with the task of placing a one-story house for two families in the densely built-up area of Lübbecke in accordance with regulations and legislation. An important prerequisite was to maintain privacy for each living unit and a spacious courtyard.
Перед архитекторами стояла задача разместить одноэтажный дом на две семьи в плотной застройке г.Люббеке согласно нормам и законодательным актам. Важным условием было сохранение приватности для каждого жилого блока и просторный внутренний двор.
CONCEPT
The concept of the house was based on the courtyard - the spacious courtyard on the south side
of the plot was the starting point for the organization of the two private living units. Between
the blocks there are technical rooms as well as an atrium with wood, which adds privacy between the terraces and creates the necessary microclimate.
В концепции дома мы отталкивались от внутреннего двора - просторный внутренний двор
на южной стороне участка стал отправной точкой для организации двух приватных жилых блоков. Между блоками расположились технические помещения, а также атриум с деревом,
который добавляет приватность между террасами и создает необходимый микроклимат.
ARCHITECTURE
To create a distinctive image of a single-storey flat-roofed house, carports were integrated into the architecture of the house, and the residential units were made dynamic by the beveled parapets.
In combination with panoramic glazing and wooden planken, the volume of each unit gained depth and shaped the architecture of the house
Для создания выразительного образа одноэтажного дома с плоской кровлей, в архитектуру дома были интегрированы автомобильные навесы, а жилые блоки обрели динамику за счет скошенных парапетов. В сочетании с панорамным остеклением и деревянным планкеном объем каждого блока обрел глубину и сформировал архитектуру дома.
